[Updated 11/30] AFP and TELUS Honor Top Inspirational Tweets for National Philanthropy Day® - Recipients Selected!
(Toronto, Ontario) The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and TELUS are recognizing five inspiring and generous people who tweeted how they were changing the world on Nov. 15, National Philanthropy Day®.
This year, all Canadians were encouraged to participate on a Twitter contest by tweeting how they were changing the world to hashtag #npdTELUS. The five most inspiring tweets earned the sender a $500 contribution to their favorite charitable cause. The five tweets selected are:
